Saints Row: The Third reviews

Simply put, this is one of the most ridiculously games I have ever player. And yet, I have never had any other kind of fun like this.

Saints row 2 was majorly fun but in saints row: the third it make saints row 2 look like crap. You can play more missions, get insane weapons and can jump into any car, through the window, and drive around steelport painting it red. YOU CAN DO ANYTHING YOU WANT! I initially got this game free off Xbox Gold. I'd only played the first Saints Row game and hated it so I went into it fairly skeptical. I loved it. So much so that I had to buy it for the gf to try on her playstation and she loved it too! It's so ridiculous and yet fun with its absurd characters and weapons and storylines. I liked GTA IV but Saints Row: The Third seems to have taken a more fun packed, faster paced and less serious take on the sandbox city type of game. It's not without it's faults obviously but they don't detract too much from the game itself.

Great game but it was a “UK” version so I couldn't buy DLC off my New Zealand playstation account for it so I went ahead and bought the “full package” to fix my problem. 9/10 amazing game to play co op with a friend but the whole series changed and got a bit crazy and not so serious as the previous titles.

Saints row the Third is a good game the story's good and you can get 100+ hours gae play you can't put this game down.

Better graphics than saints row 2, but got to say, 2 had better missions. Customisation perfect, nice cars and perfect gameplay, fun to drive as well, fun activities to do our of main story, more fun and cool to play than gta 4

This game is different beyond comparison. The closest is GTASA with all the cheats on except your not cheating. The story is a little short and shallow in terms of depth (practically no character development) and the game play gets

This game is amazing, smooth and crisp gameplay. This is for all GTA fans, and who are a bit bored of GTA in General, this is a major boost up on these sort of platforms, very bizarre and would have you laughing through the whole way, if I was you playing for the first time and wanting to complete the story line, don't choose zombie all you do is mumble.

If you like GTA you'll like this game. Really good storyline, and it's way more fun than GTA. The only downside I found to this game was that it froze on some parts (eg. got stuck in the car in one mission), but apart from that it was an amazing game. Can't wait till number 4 comes out.

Decent cars, music, and gameplay and player customization. Fits its genre very well.

After a hard day at work and all you wanna do is play a game were over the top killing and mele combat is involed.....this is the game for you.

Such a fantastic game that has kept hubby entertained for hours. The look on his face when his kids gave it to him for his birthday was priceless. Recommend to others.

I was pretty underwhelmed by this game certainly isn't as good as saint row 2, in fact most of the cars and city lay out seems to be copied without any improvement and the missions aren't as good, the crazy fighting and cool weapons go along way to making it fun but still only average at best.

Very very fun, with arcade, over the top style in a completely sandbox world. Awesome. You will also begin to love the way this game subtly rips on pop culture. However I do have to crticise the fact that half the game involves doing compulsory non-story related missions which really slow the game down, especially after the intro.

The good news is that it picks up again and the typical Saints Row OTT style comes back again to blow you away!

I have always said that Saints Row was GTA minus the seriousness and Saints Row The Third lives up to that analogy.

This is a great game and I would recommend it to anybody who likes the GTA style games

Great game ! enjoyed the story line alot People seem to be comparing this to GTA but imo there two different games this is a crazy over the top sandbox where as GTA is more realism sandbox :P recommended buy to anyone who enjoys open world sandboxes

Fun sandbox game heaps of funny things 2 do and action packed!! recommend.
