Prisoners of the Sun is a 2013 American action film on DVD, directed by Roger Christian.
Beneath the ancient sands of Egypt lies a secret as old as humankind itself. A young archaeological apprentice joins a team that ventures into an uncovered pyramid in search of long-forgotten treasure. As the team descends into the pyramids dark depths, they must escape lethal traps, thwart traitors from within their rank, and escape the wrath of the tombs undead guardians. The sleepers have awakened and the team members must fight to survive and stop the destruction of humanity.
