I bought this book as a reference for the children at my ECE centre so we could learn about NZ Birds. It was a wonderful resource. The pictures made looking for information easy for the children, and it was all relevant to our research.
It is good to know what the birds names are when they are around home. Eating all our native seads of the native trees
I bought this for my grand daughter knowing that the standard of Geoff Moon's books never disappoint and this one is definitely up to his usual standard. Beautiful illustrations and lots of information. I haven't given it to her yet but I'm sure she'll love it.
