I'm enjoying this game, it's the first Metroid game I've played. A good introduction to the series, for me. I'm gonna have to go back and play the others now!

I'm not a serious gamer but I still found this fun

This excellent 2d, vs 3d, vs point n shoot style game really took me by storm. I love the controls and the simplistic game style. Just like all other Metroid games, this is set in a very futuristic time, with robots, alien insect swarms and other cool creatures/bosses to fight against.

Similar game style to its predecessor, except the game does not spend half a day loading when shooting doors from a distance to open them in advance.

Story picks up right from where it left off, so if you played the last one, then you will love this one.

PS. Was a bit disappointing that the Nintendo Club Rewards was for Europe/America rather than Australasia. So they were basically useless.
