I have a small but tidy collection of Play Arts figures, mainly from Final Fantasy games. However, I'm so delighted that I purchased this figure of Tali'Zorah vas Normandy.

I think the articulation on this figure is absolutely stunning. The painting is so detailed and beautiful, even all the patterned swirls on her hood/outfit have been painted in silver.

The only downside I can see to this figure is the lack of Omnitool which Tali can't do without in game so it would have been nice to see it as part of the figure.

Why is it that the Shotgun that came with the smaller quarter-priced standard figure is bigger and better looking than the 100 dollar and more figure-

Other than that Tali looks damn good in this sculpt, the number of separate pieces makes for good, damn good pose-ability, and she stands up on her own better than Garrus does. The careful employment of a few tiny bits of blu-tac hold the leg straps on (they are loose to aid posing) and you can even turn the head enough for her to look over he shoulder.

The um… bust is a little too large to be on-model accurate, and she does not come with an omni-tool. Otherwise well modeled and brilliantly coloured and painted.
