Terry Pratchett's discworld novels are generally light-hearted and fun. They often contain a deeper message about our modern world (global economic crisis?), but you can ignore that if you want.
This is the second discworld novel starring Moist Von Lipwig, the first being Going Postal. It continues in a similar vein to the first, so if you liked that (as I did), you'll probaby like this.
Nothing groundbreaking, but def enjoyable.
