Logitech G105 Gaming Keyboard reviews

Bought this keyboard about 2 months ago, and it's been absolutely brilliant! The backlighting is sharp and easily controlled, the keys are very comfortable (although a little noisy) and the shortcut keys are easy to use on the fly. For those of you that need cable management, the bottom of the keyboard has a lot of grooves that hold your headset cables. All in all, a solid keyboard for any gamer, or even designers.

Has nice tappy feeling, but it quite loud how I like it.. Has programmable keys which are handy also had button on top which disables the windows button, that's extremely use full. LED back lighting is nice with adjustable brightness. Also has audio buttons. A great keyboard goes well with the Logitech G400s Gaming Mouse. Only downside is that its not mechanical.. Hope this is usefull

This keyboard performs really well for what it is. I use it mostly for FPS games and have few complaints. If you are looking for a really responsive keyboard with high level multitouch (more than 4–5 keys at once) compatibility this probably isn't the one for you, spend a bit more and get something mechanical. If you are looking for an entry level gaming keyboard with a few extra features then this is definitely a good option.

I do like this keyboard and I dont care that it doesnt work on mac properly because they arent really gaming systems and the function keys can be quite useful and cleaning is quite easy

This was a perfect upgrade from my old Logitech keyboard :D no complaints at all! It could've done without the macro keys on the left side of the keyboard though I havent used them once hehe :P

Bought this to use on my iMac, some of the buttons didnt even perform their function eg the number lock button would control the screen brightness and none of the media keys worked.

Downloaded all the latest drivers from logitech.com and have used logitech keyboards on my mac before without any problems. Tried to get mighty ape to refund me as it was a faulty product but they say there is nothing wrong. Pretty bad customer service. No satisfied at all with mighty ape. Ive been buying off them for a few years now and this is the first problem ive had but i do feel pretty ripped off.

You get what you pay for with this. Cheaper than other keyboard with this number of programmable keys. I haven't had an issue with the keyboard at all.

It's good for a low budget, but if you have the money I would recommend the Razer Blackwidow. A little hard to get used to because at the start I kept on pressing the g key. It's an okay keyboard overall

Works well with most games, cheap and has easily accessible key binds

It's cheap but it's good for what I need. I don't need fancy 0ms keyboards as I just play light games like LoL and Minecraft. I barely use the macro keys, but are sometimes good for some quick combos. Overall very good. Bit loud though.

Read the reviews, thought “great a new keyboard with macro options”, plugged it in, played for less than 5 minutes and changed back to my old keyboard.

This keyboard is horrible for gaming. The extra buttons on the side trick your brain into thinking your fingers are misplaced, so instead of pushing ‘w’, I was pushing ‘q’ etc. The ‘macro’ keys are simply F1 – F6 down the side.

Was unable to play with it and regret purchasing it instantly (it was only delivered 10 minutes ago). Be very careful about buying this for gaming.

I'm not much of a keyboard connoisseur, but I seem to be heading that way with how quickly keyboards seem to die on me. I had only had it for about 3 months before a few of the keys started to somehow press a number of other keys, making typing very difficult. I don't recall spilling anything on it so maybe I just had a faulty one. Other than that, the keyboard itself was great while it worked and was my favourite of the 3 or 4 that I've had over the past year. The media controls were handy to have, as well as the backlight brightness control and the Windows menu key disable. I didn't get much use out of the macro keys myself, but with all the other great features, I never felt like I needed more from my keyboard. My only wish is that it lasted longer. R.I.P.
