Rare and great live footage from the definitive line-up of one of the greatest bands of the '70s, who of course are still around today in significantly altered form. Under the leadership of the late Lowell George, Little Feat developed a hugely influence style that mixed classic AMerican styles including country and New Orleans funk into a unique and highly influential brew. Little Feat fans are dedicated fans, and this will be a very significant release for them.

This Little Feat DVD continues Eagle's series of releases from the archives of legendary German TV series Rockpalast. Filmed at the Grugahalle in Essen in 1977, just a few days before the recording of their legendary live album "Waiting For Columbus", this DVD captures the classic seventies Little Feat line-up led by the late Lowell George at the very peak of their powers. Also featured as a bonus is almost 30 minutes of never before seen alternative rehearsal versions including material that didn't make it into the final show. Line-up: Lowell George (vocals & guitar), Paul Barrere (vocals & guitar), Sam Clayton (congas & percussion), Kenny Gradney (bass), Richard Hayward (drums) & Bill Payne (keyboards & vocals).

The setlist includes the classic tracks "Skin It Back", "Fat Man In The Bathtub", "Oh Atlanta", "Dixie Chicken", "Willin'", "Feats Don't Fail Me Now" and more. Bonus tracks include “Rock ‘n’ Roll Doctor” which was dropped from the final set.
