I never expected the graphics to be so good. People would generally never expect that the depiction of the dinosaurs would be taken into account too seriously in documentaries, but this has proved it wrong, it is a wonderful explanation about the giants that walked on our planet 65 million years ago.

The documentary goes into detail about the impact of the meteorite, the aftermath of the impact which includes the effects on the Earth (megatsunamis, supervolcanos erupting, and a huge dust fog that is about 3000 degrees)

A must watch for all, especially to know more about our ancestors.

"Visually impressive, fun, not much emphasis on accuracy."

An entertaining and interesting look at the effects of the dinosaur-killing asteroid impact. Quite a lot of gore – may not be suitable for younger kids. The film makes a lot of assumptions and states things as facts that are really just speculation. If you're a stickler for accuracy and backing up facts with hard evidence, you'll get annoyed. If you're happy to let the filmmakers take some dramatic license and go along for the ride, you'll probably enjoy it.

"Superb Graphics / visuals. Slim on Dino's."

US commentary is over hyped however Timeline of destruction keeps you interested! Only a hand full of Dinosaurs get a mention and my children were a little scared as the devastation and carnage was sometimes too much.
