All in all this like all of this great mans work is a masterpiece and I enjoy watching it but have some “odd” feelings on this version, a re-edit of the 2004 dub where they cut some amusing but sometimes insightful lines and changed the score from the longer version made for the west too the same but shorter Japanese one.
It'd odd I feel this way unlike many but IO find a “direct” translation from Japanese too “insert language here” usually foolish and the fact was I first watched this on the 2004 DVD.
But still it is a film one must watch at least once in their life.
