I was originally going to buy am i7 4790 but decided to take a step down in order to get my graphics card.
I am in no way disappointed at all with this CPU, it is a BEAST and for the price you can not complain at all.
Did my research and compared CPU's from both intel and AMD and am extremely happy with my choice.
Buy it you wont regret it, Its great for a home office pc.
