Yagyuu Kyuubei is the successor to the Yagyuu family name, the daughter of Yagyuu Koshinori and granddaughter of Yagyuu Binbokusai. She was brought up as a male, following the code of the Yagyuu clan. She is the main antagonist of the Yagyuu Arc.
