When I first received the package I thought this looks like a large mouse from the outside packaging. Having said that the outside packaging is very nice. When I opened the packaging I found the mouse stored in a rectangle soap box encased in foam. A very nice touch from gigabyte. So once the mouse is removed the buyer has a free soap box. The mouse itself is small and compact. It has a thumb indent on the left side. This makes it very comfortable for a right handed user. It also works for a left handed user though I think not quite as comfortable. The mouse takes AAA batteries and I found two duracell batteries in the mouse. The batteries cover on the mouse is a bit difficult to open but one should only need to open it once very 4 months or so to replace the batteries. The bluetooth connect button is made of rubber. The user needs a pencil or pin to press it down. I would have preferred a harder material. After a bit of playing around I managed to get Windows 8.1 to find the bluetooth mouse and it works fine. It's very responsive at 1600 dpi on a desk surface. To sumarise, the battery cover and bluetooth connect button were a bit of a nuisance. Other than that it's a great little mouse and beats wireless hands down.
