4/5 stars. Would give 5 stars if the software was a bit simplier or easier to use.

Pros:

• Awesome mechanical keyboard with led lighting and best there is for sub $200.
• The extra macro keys under the space bar are perfectly placed and easy to use for both gaming and typing.
• The wrist guard/rest is a great feature too!Comfortable and easily attaches to the keyboard via magnets. When not in use it can be used as a cover.

Cons:

• Software seems to be a bit bloated than it needs to be. Could be more user friendly, but with a bit of patience you can find your way through it.
• Space bar and Enter key back lighting seem a bit dimmer than the rest, possibly due to maybe having one led like the other keys but as they are bigger than the rest it doesn't get fully lit.

Mostly good but 2 issues.

The instant I started typing on this it just felt fantastic under my fingers, light touch but not hair trigger, good audio feedback (click) although you don't actually feel the click with your fingertips the way you would with the old IBM Model M keyboards. Mechanically I haven't been able to fault this keyboad. Now for the less flattering part of this review.

1. The keyboard does not appear to respond during the boot sequence, you will need to keep a second keyboard around if you need to access any boot options.
2. There might be an issue with both the 6-key & N-key rollover implementations. For example, while playing Skyrim you can't gather alchemical components while walking, the E key is registered BUT it isn't sent to the computer until you release the walk key so in reality you have to stop, grab, resume moving. This could also be a problem with other games where you need to issue keyboard commands while moving. There is always the possibility it is just the particular combination of mods I have running in Skyrim but my previous keyboard had no problem.

Excellent value for money but it can never get a perfect score while there are those issues.

This kb is packed with great features and at a great price. I can't give it 5/5 because I think the keys are not as good as competitors (but those competitors are $50 more).

Very happy with it, would recommend.
