Is it a bird is it a plane no its the gallafrayan sonic screwdriver used by the legendary doctor himself. A marvelous toy and collectors item. It practically sells it self. It is a very easy device to use and it won't let you down. I rate this 10/10 it is that good.

Fortunately function has no bearing on how cool an item may be; so, although the sonic screwdriver may be completely pointless, it is completely cool. Easily the coolest present at Christmas.
The Eleventh Doctor's sonic screwdriver is an excellent piece of Doctor Who memorabilia, as well as a cool toy! No problems with the product at all, highly recommended to all Who fans
Just got mine in the mail, opened it straight away and soniced everything several times, great fun and would recommend to any doctor who fanatic the noise sounds just like the show and the lights are very very cool
Realistic light, sound and appearance for a true Dr Who fan. Would recommend to others.
My child runs round the house making the sounds ahahahaha fantastic ! I would suggest that it may be better for a more responsible child than mine though.. SUCH FUN (:
It looks and works just like the real one, I love it and as soon as I got it I started sonicing EVERYTHING! only downside is the fact that you have to use a different button when it is extended, but that's it. It also has 2 secret sounds. If you press the button 3 times and hold it down on the 3rd press it makes a weird sound and if you press the button any more times than that it sounds and looks like it is getting interference. 10/10
My Daughter takes it with her everywhere, it's very realistic and makes just the right noises.
this is a great toy very like the 1 on T.V. i only have 2 problems with it 1.the battery compartment screws are very very very poor quality 2. my 1 does not close properly which isint major but annoys me but over all very cool.
A great replica/toy of the 11th Doctor's sonic screwdriver. The flap covering the end button becomes loose very quickly and when the Sonic is extended, you can only use this end button. Otherwise a great piece of memorabilia for Who fans young and old
Well packaged and swift delivery. The sonic itself is brilliant – decent size, good sound and light, and it doesn't feel or look like it's going to break any time soon so I'm very happy :)
Great quality, buy with confidence
Awsome Colectors Item! It says it's a toy but it really isn't. What's Awsome: #1 Same size as series prop. #2 Springs up. #3 Makes the same sound as series prop.
What's NOT Awsome: #1 Claws at the top arn't very strong.
It's an awesome toy and great for cosplay, halloween or even just a regular day at work! I love mine and it's super fun to sonic everything around the house. Perfect for any Whovian!
This thing is really fun to play with. It's surprisingly satisfying to hold and feels pretty sturdy too. There is of course the design fault that the button on the shaft doesn't work when extended (thus the red button on the bottom) However you can slide your thumb up to the textured silver bits and pull it down ever so slightly. The lower button on the green internal part will engage and with a little practice you can even get it to stay on.
I've had one of these since they were first released and it's awesome. There are an additional two ‘secret’ sounds available, too, which was a fun discovery.
The ultimate weapon against thousand's of galaxies could be yours. Although the Sonic Screwdriver doesn't do much in reality, it makes the perfect collectors item.
The only turn down with this amazing toy, is the flap at the back, which reveals a red button, used to activate when in “Extension Mode”. The flap seems very lose, which can get a bit annoying.
Overall, no matter what the negatives are…This is a MUST HAVE TOY for any Doctor Who fan!
Such an awesome piece, though admittedly the first time pushed the extend button and it popped open, a bit of the screwdriver went flying off, not a major and nobody but me could know, but the thing is that I DO KNOW and its a lil disheartening but oh well! I love it and friends and family roll their eyes when sonic everything I see, including them! Took me a while to figure out it had four different light/sound settings, and I stumbled acrossthem by accident. Since it doesn't say anything about them in the instructions, here they are if you don't already know.. Settings:
- Push button once for first sound
- Push again for second sound
- Push button 3times rapidly and hold for third sound
- Push button and hold 4 times for fourth sound
Enjoy! (I know I still do!)
Purchased for me 8 year old son who just loves it. Has soniced every thig in site – twice
Perfectly scaled. A bit annoying to use the SFX while it's extended but it's still a perfect representation of the 11th Doctor's screwdriver for fans.
Still to open but looking forward to this as it looks just like the real deal.
