Survival of the Dead
Death isn’t what it used to be…
From visionary director George A. Romero comes a new chapter in the legendary
saga. A war-weary band of soldiers goes AWOL to a remote island seeking to live
in peace. But what they hoped would be a paradise turns out to be a microcosm of
the world at war.
Two clans live on the island, the O’Flynns and the Muldoons. Their leaders
despise each other so much even the menace of the living dead can’t unite
them. Patrick O’Flynn, patriarch of the family that bears his name, is
determined to put a bullet in the head of every zombie he can find. His
counterpart, Shamus Muldoon insists on keeping the dead “alive” in the hope
of finding a cure. But there is no cure for death.
The feud spins out of control, until the problem becomes as much about the
misplaced passions of the living as the voracious appetites of the
living dead.
