Author Biography

Jeff R. Tucker (Head Coach and Subject Matter Expert for CrossFit Gymnastics Courses) is the director for the CrossFit Gymnastics trainer course. Each year, he trains hundreds of CrossFit athletes to become certified CrossFit Gymnastics Instructors. When he is not traveling the world giving seminars, he spends time with his wife, three children, and two dogs in Ft Worth, Texas.
