Description

Afghan Luke

Afghan Luke is a 2011 Canadian drama film directed by Mike Clattenburg, packaged on DVD. The central character, Luke Benning (Nick Stahl), is a journalist investigating the possible mutilation (by Canadian snipers) of corpses in Afghanistan, a country that appears increasingly incomprehensible and surreal as Luke undergoes a series of bizarre adventures.

When rumours emerge of Canadian snipers possibly mutilating Afghan corpses, Luke, a hardened war correspondent, knows it will be the story of his career… but when his editor throws the story out, Luke is more determined than ever to return to Afghanistan to uncover the truth…
