We sell second-hand and refurbished goods. Minor wear consistent with age and prior use may be present unless otherwise stated. We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in the same condition sold. Buyer pays return shipping. This policy does not limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours and sent via NZ Post tracked courier or other courier services. All second-hand products include a 3-month warranty. All products sold by third-party sellers are subject to guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
