Should you experience a problem with your purchase we will work quickly to resolve your issue. Please contact us within 30 days of your order date, we are unable to accept product returns after this time.
Returns and Exchanges
We will accept products for refund or exchange provided they are returned in their original packaging, are not over 50% used and have not been altered.
Shipping costs paid for the original order are non-refundable. We will ship exchanged products to you at no extra cost (within NZ) once we have received your returned items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You are responsible for shipping costs to return the products to us, we are not responsible for return packages that may be damaged or lost in transit. We recommend using a tracking service for return shipping.
If you wish to return your product for a refund or exchange please contact us within 30 days of purchase with your name, contact details, the product you wish to return, purchase date and your reason for return. We will then advise where to return the product and provide information regarding the exchange or refund.
We offer FREE SHIPPING within New Zealand on all orders over NZ $50.00. For orders under this amount, delivery is just $5.00.
Orders are dispatched quickly and you should expect to receive your goods within 3 working days. Please allow an additional 1 - 4 working days for rural delivery.
All orders are sent with courier tracking. We will send you a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is sent.
We are unable to deliver to PO Box or parcel pod addresses.
Holistic Hair® accepts responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit that have been sent with courier tracking, please contact us within 7 days of your order in the unlikely event of an issue with delivery. We are unable to accept responsibility where parcels are sent without signature required.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
