We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Change of Mind Returns: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unmodified, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Please note that for Change of Mind returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
To start a return, you must contact us first via the Kogan dashboard. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package to our Auckland facility. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
