DisplayX sells plastic display stands and accessories designed to help customers securely display LEGO® sets and models. Products are intended for display/collector use (not a toy).
Orders are made-to-order and dispatched from New Zealand. Most orders dispatch within 3 business days, however dispatch time can vary depending on order volume, production time and public holidays. Shipping updates may be provided where available, but tracking is not guaranteed for every service/carrier.
Change of mind: We accept eligible change-of-mind return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in new/resalable condition, and returned with all original packaging/accessories. Return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the customer.
Faulty / damaged / incorrect item: If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us via the Order History in your Account Dashboard as soon as possible with photos so we can resolve it. For confirmed faults/damage, we will provide an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement or refund) and return shipping will be covered where required.
Shipping: Most orders dispatch within 3 business days. Please note our products are made-to-order, so dispatch times can vary depending on order volume, production time and public holidays. Where available, shipment updates/tracking may be provided, but it is not guaranteed for every service/carrier. If a dispatch delay occurs beyond the estimated timeframe, we will notify the customer via the Order History in your Account Dashboard as soon as possible.
Warranty / consumer guarantees: Our products are covered by Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees. If a product is faulty, unsafe, not as described, or has a major or minor problem, customers are entitled to an appropriate remedy (repair, replacement or refund as applicable). Please contact us via the Order History in your Account Dashboard with order details and photos so we can resolve promptly.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
