Established in 2019, the store specialises in handcrafted jewellery and accessories, with a strong focus on unique, nature-inspired designs. All pieces are thoughtfully handmade by a sole creator, using quality materials such as polymer clay, epoxy resin, stainless steel, brass charms, and ethically hand-collected natural elements including dried flowers, leaves, and shells.
Damaydells operates primarily through its online website and social media platforms, offering limited-quantity designs that highlight craftsmanship, creativity, and individuality. Orders are carefully packaged and shipped, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, quality control, and reliable fulfilment.
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our jewellery, I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, I am happy to offer an exchange or replacement if:
The item arrives damaged, or
The item is faulty due to workmanship
Please contact me within 3 days of receiving the order, including clear photos of the issue. Once approved, I will arrange a replacement.
Conditions: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. Slight variations in colour, shape, or texture are normal and part of the handmade process.
Sale Items: All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
