We Clean, Grade and recycle second hand golf balls rescued from ponds, rivers and forests around Auckland. We provide sample photos, grading guidelines, grade every ball with multiple inspections in our pipeline from at purchase, before and after cleaning for initial sorting, during further sorting by brand and model, while packaged. Also before it is shipped it is given a final inspection.
We do currently have a 30 day money back guarantee on return of the product - no questions asked.
If we have a replacement for a lost package we will ship the replacement dealing with the couriers ourselves - even if the postal company are unwilling to reimburse the item - if no such replacement is possible we can come to an agreement with the buyer for an equivalent replacement or refund.
We usually ship next day but guarantee it within the next 3 working days from purchase to be picked up from our warehouse and on its way to them. No guarantee on arrival dates. Tracking provided.
We only ship domestically (New Zealand) and not internationally
These golf balls are used, recycled and professionally cleaned. Condition is graded accurately, and a remedy is provided if the item is not as described. No additional warranty applies.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
