1. Apply on clean and dry skin and check if the armpits skin is free of wounds or irritations.

2. Apply at night, before bedtime. When you start using Perspirex, apply it every night until you feel the effect you want, it usually comes in less than a week. Let it dry well after each application.

3. Wash the next morning, wash with soap and water. Do not reapply. The effect remains, even after showering. If desired, you can even apply a deodorant with aroma or a perfume, as it will not affect the effectiveness of Perspirex
