Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey is not filtered or pasteurised, retaining the valuable fermentation residues and the “mother”. For people who find the taste of apple cider vinegar too acidic, the added honey adds a deliious sweetness that counteracts the acidity.

Apple Cider Vinegar is made by the fermentation of apple juice. During this process, sugar in the apple cider is broken down by bacteria and yeast into alcohol (cider) and then into vinegar. It contains acetic acid, lactic, citric and malic acids. It also contain pectin, trace minerals, potassium, beneficial bacteria and enzymes.
Melrose Organic Apple Cider Vinegar with Honey contains all the health benefits of apple cider vinegar, with the addition of honey for a smoother and easier to consume taste. This product is certfied organic by the ACO.
