Directions for use: Brush thoroughly at least twice a day, for at least 2 minutes, or as directed by your dental professional. Do not swallow. Rinse with a small amount of water. Not recommended for children 6 years or less.

*2x daily (every 12 hours) brushing with 4 weeks continued use.
