NOW® Berberine combines a naturally occurring alkaloid with medium – chain triglyceride (MCT) oil to support absorption and gastrointestinal comfort. Berberine is found in a variety of traditional herbs, including goldenseal, Oregon grape, and barberry. It has been studied for its role in supporting glucose and lipid metabolism when already within the normal range.

This advanced formulation includes caprate (C10), a medium – chain fatty acid, to promote optimal bioavailability during berberine supplementation.
