The ScreenBeam USB Pro Switch overcomes these challenges and improves UC room integration when paired with a ScreenBeam 1100 Plus wireless presentation receiver. USB Pro Switch enables the MTR to seamlessly coexist with Bring Your Own Meeting (BYOM) and wireless in – room presentations by intelligently sharing room resources. ScreenBeam enables sharing of room resources, such as camera, microphone, speaker, and touch screen, regardless of room configuration.
Not all meeting spaces are equipped with an MTR. So for those spaces, the ScreenBeam USB Pro Switch gives users the flexibility to choose between wireless or wired for their BYOM session, allowing guest presenters, with locked devices, to still lead the meeting.
