The Thermaflect Sleeve is the perfect solution, acting as a thermal barrier capable of reflecting up to 90% of radiant heat away. With a minimum of 1” of airspace and good airflow, this sleeve is excellent for use as a fuel line heat sleeve, on wiring looms, air intake, intercooler pipes, and air conditioner hoses.

By keeping fuel and air intake temperatures cool, the Thermaflect Sleeve helps to prevent vapor lock, improves performance, mileage, and also reduces fuel evaporation and vapor lock. It’s a must-have for any vehicle or machinery that deals with high temperatures.

But that’s not all! Despite its lightweight design, a 3’ length of our Thermaflect Sleeve weighs less than 6” of the silicone-covered stuff of the same diameter. Don’t be fooled by its weight, though, as it offers superior radiant heat protection. It can withstand 1100-degrees Fahrenheit of continuous radiant heat and 500-degrees Fahrenheit direct heat.
