The Social Hike Mini Vibration Plate is a compact exercise platform designed for convenient use at home, in the office or while travelling. Its slim and lightweight design allows for easy storage while maintaining a stable standing surface for everyday fitness routines.

The unit features adjustable vibration speeds and simple operation via the touch display or included remote control. A textured anti slip surface and rubber feet help support stability during use. The built in 15 minute timer allows for controlled session duration.
