Solgar Calcium Magnesium Citrate Tablets provide a blend of calcium and magnesium to support bones, teeth, and muscle. Calcium provides the building blocks supporting strong and healthy bones, teeth, and nervous systems. It is also involved with supporting heartbeat rhythm.

Magnesium helps to support calcium transport and stimulates the secretion of calcitonin, a hormone that aids in the influx of calcium into bone and is important in muscle function. Adequate calcium and magnesium are important to maintain bone health and structure throughout life. This formulation contains the highly absorbable citrate forms of calcium and magnesium.

Ingredients

Each 5 tablets contain:

• Calcium (as calcium citrate): 1000mg
• Magnesium (as magnesium oxide, citrate): 500mg

Other Ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Cellulose, Silica, Vegetable Stearic Acid, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Vegetable Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide (colour), (glazing agent) hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

Free of: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Yeast, Sugar, Artificial Flavor, Sweetener, and Preservatives.

Directions + Precautions

As a dietary supplement for adults, take five (5) tablets daily, preferably with a meal. May be distributed throughout the day, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
