BOB MCCALL’s track record of management excellence propelled him to the top ranks of the energy industry. At his retirement, he was general manager of fleet services at Duke Energy, responsible for managing over thirteen thousand vehicles and pieces of mobile equipment valued at over $600 million, in fifty-eight locations across six states. Today, Bob is the president of Inspire High Performance, LLC, and teaches companies and organizations how to build a culture of high-performing teams.
