Hugely entertaining and informative — a unique art history lesson given by internationally acclaimed children’s book illustrator.

Delight in his dazzling portfolio then open the fold-out pages to see the original pictures and learn about the artists who painted them. As Willy knows, every picture tells a story… Both a tour de force of artistic brilliance and an entertaining educational tool…the fold-out section at the back is the perfect device through which to learn about the real paintings. “Each painterly pastiche is an absorbing showcase of surreal twists and awesome skill. An inspired and unique way of introducing children to the history of art.” The Independent.
