Compiled by Bronwyn Kan, Whole explores the personal relationship between each contributor and the food they make. Drawing from their collective experience, the healthy wholefoods recipes within are simple to make and are designed to nourish body and mind.When it comes to what we eat, the ever-increasing demand for wholefoods and better options speaks volumes for how much we value good health. Author Biography

Bronwyn Kan is a graphic designer andphotographer born and raised in Auckland, New Zealand. A graduate and recipient of the Top of Class award at Auckland University of Technology in 2014, she has a passion for both fields. WHOLE: Recipes for Simple Wholefood Eating is her first book. In her spare time, Bronwyn loves exploring new places to eat, going on road trips, swimming, snowboarding and baking sweet things to share with her family and friends.
