Author Biography

Pastor Cooper Abrams is a veteran missionary, pastor, church planter, and author working in the state of Utah since 1986. He and his wife Carolyn are missionaries sent by Calvary Baptist Church, King, NC and have been involved in seeing three sound Independent Baptist churches established in Utah since 1986 and numerous other churches helped in the Inter-mountain West. He graduated from Piedmont Baptist College in 1981 with a Th.B. (Bachelor of Theology), and in 2000 with an MBS (Master of Biblical Studies). In 2013, he earned a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Bethany Divinity College and Seminary. He is an avid writer and has authored numerous articles, books, Bible courses, and six Bible commentaries. He has written many articles on apologetics, hermeneutics, Baptist History, The Pentecostal Movement, and Mormonism. Most of his work is posted on his popular Internet website, Bible Truth http: //bible-truth.org. The website which was begun in 1996 currently averages over five hundred visitors per day. The site is rated among the top two to five Baptist websites, out of thousands of Baptist web sites.
