Weleda: Cough Elixir (200ml)
A soothing expectorant for the relief of wet and dry coughs, without acting as a suppressant.
The ingredients marshmallow, aniseed and sundew act to soothe irritated mucous membranes, relieving tickly coughs; plantain and horehound work as expectorants to break up and eliminate mucus assisting chesty coughs.
Usage:
Take one 5mL teaspoon (child under 12 years) or two 5mL teaspoons (adult) in warm water up to every two to three hours, or as directed by your health care professional. Reduce the frequency of doses and then stop taking the remedy as relief is obtained.
If coughing persists, consult your health care professional.

Ingredients: Each 5mL contains: Tincture, equiv. fresh juice: Drosera rotundifolia MIS, whole plant 5mg; Decoction, equiv. dry: Althaea officinalis (Marshmallow), root 50mg; Inula helenium (Elecampane), root 100mg; Marrubium vulgare (Horehound), leaf 25mg; Pimpinella anisum (Aniseed), fruit 75mg; Plantago lanceolata, leaf 175mg; Thymus vulgaris, herb 150mg; and Citrus limon (Lemon), fresh fruit juice 300mg; and homoeopathic ingredients: Ipecacuanha (Carapichea ipecacuanha), decoct. 1×, 5mg; Pulsatilla vulgaris (Anemone pulsatilla) 3×, 5mg. Contains sugars, including maltose from Malt Extract.
