A professional gastronomist, pastry chef and baker with more than 10 years of experience and academic studies in the food industry and culinary arts. She has studied and worked in several countries. In the last couple of years she took interest in plant-based and vegan pastry, developing and creating delicious and decadent treats to indulge everyone with a sweet tooth and to help take Pastry arts into a more emphatic and kinder path.
