Author Biography
FIONA CZERNIAWSKA is Managing Director of Arke Ideas Consulting, the ideas broking and consulting firm. As a management consultant of long-standing experience, she has worked with many top companies including PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst and Young. She also lectures on management consultancy and is the author of Management Consultancy in the 21st Century, Corporate Speak and Business in a Virtual World (with Gavin Potter).
