The Worst Therapist Ever.

This the story of my personal battle with mental illness ranging from OCD to depression and anxiety. You get to travel into my mind, the dark oblivion that was concealed by a smile and a fake family. Happiness was a mask. Until you dive into the reality of the little girl’s life, you would never understand the extremities she reached. I lived a Hell on Earth with my OCD being demons, witchcraft, sin, and the Devil, himself. I came to hate myself for a world I did not want to live in. I had come to accept that my fate was sealed in Hell. How did this affect me? In more ways than you could imagine. My biggest fear became myself. Join me for some messed humor about me laughing about my life. I learned to laugh, maybe I could get others to do so too. Not all in life has to be dark or depressing, even if it is demons trying to kill you in your sleep. Laughing was my only coping mechanism as I had reached a new level of desperation.
