Author Biography
Carmen Spagnola is a trauma recovery practitioner and clinical hypnotherapist. She founded the Numinous School, hosts The Numinous Podcast, and leads seasonal workshops, community rituals, rites of passage, and more both online and in-person at her home in British Columbia.
