ANTHONY P. D’COSTA is Professor of Comparative International Development, University of Washington, USA. He has authored The Global Restructuring of the Steel Industry and co-edited India in the Global Software Industry. He has been a fellow of the World Institute of Development Economics Research and an Abe Fellow of SSRC/Japan Foundation. He is on the editorial board of Asian Business and Management and edits Palgrave’s Technology, Globalization and Development series.
