Raphael Brown was the author and translator of many Franciscan works, including The Little Flowers of Saint Francis, Our Lady and St. Francis, Fifty Animal Stories of St. Francis, Franciscan Mystic, and Saints Who Saw Mary. He also wrote books on St. Catherine of Siena, St. John of the Cross, and others.
