Author Biography

For the last twenty years, Gary Gradley has run a very successful national training and development business and a personal development coaching business, working with over 20,000 leaders, employees and individuals throughout Canada, USA and Australia. He spent six years facilitating various high-profile personal development seminars and is a trusted advisor for many national corporations throughout Ontario. Phil Kershaw is a veteran Canadian business consultant; Phil has been actively involved in business, government, politics and professional sports in his thirty-five-year career. Phil has served as the interim commissioner and chairman of the Canadian Football League as well as president of two member clubs. Our Father is the second of his books published by Castle Quay; he also co-authored The Kingdom Promise: How Leading Canadians Choose Faith to Conquer the Storms of Life (Castle Quay Books ) with Gary Gradley in 2012. The father of three grown children and the proud grandfather of five, Phil shares Pastor Smith’s passion for working with youth and his view that the problem of fatherlessness is a growing phenomenon that needs addressing in North America and around the world.
