Laura Barnard is the founder and owner of PMO Strategies, a company dedicated to helping organizations maximize their ROIs by unleashing the full potential of project management and PMOs. She is also the co-founder and president of Project Management for Change, and a host of the longest-running PMO-specific virtual conference, the IMPACT Summit.
