This book presents a new analysis of the foot, taking into account the advances in imaging, physiology and biomechanics. There have been no books on this subject available on the market since the 1940s and time is therefore right for a review of the subject and its developments after more than 60 years. The text will be of interest orthopaedic surgeons, physiotherapists, sports scientists, and podiatrists. It will also be of interest to a more general audience such as biologists, and interested laymen.
