The H Word

Bernard R. Buetens Ph.D., has over 30 years experience as a psychologist and through his work with patients he has discovered the destructive power of humiliation, which interferes with effective psychotherapy. Dr. Buetens considers humiliation insufficiently recognized by the mental health community. The title of this book, “The H Word” does not refer to Hell, but rather to humiliation.
