Stephen J. Bigelow is the founder and president of Dynamic Learning Systems – a technical writing, research, and small publishing company specialising in electronic and PC service topics. Bigelow is the author of 15 feature-length books for Osborne/McGraw-Hill, including “Troubleshooting, Maintaining, and Repairing PCs”. Bigelow is a contributing editor at CNET (the “PC Mechanic” column and feature articles) and a regular contributor with SmartComputing. Bigelow is also the editor and publisher of The PC Toolbox – a premier PC service newsletter for computer enthusiasts and technicians. He is an Electrical Engineer with a BS EE from Central New England College in Worcester, MA.
