With her understanding and passion for Essential Oils and Aromatherapy, Tina has created The Essential 5 series. Joining this with her life skills as a business owner, graphic/web designer and author with over 20 years combined knowledge in business, time management, training, and design. She believes in living life with passion and determination and loves helping people create simple effective solutions to daily life and this is the basis of The Essential 5 Series. Tina also creates designs for clients, creating web designs, print and publishing services to assists them in achieving success in their given fields, she understands that marketing on the internet is so much more that putting up a template base website, instead she strives to create individual plans for each client’s needs. To complement this book Tina is currently writing Maximize your Essential Worth: A Guide to Understanding Your True Value and Creating Success in All Areas of Life. As an energetic and positive author, designer and mum, Tina is a dynamic person, allowing her life experience to shine through while giving practical and simple effective solutions that are fun and inspiring to learn and use. Tina Fletcher was born in Bargo, New South Wales, but has lived most of her life in Queensland. She has lived in various places, first with her parents and siblings, then by herself moving with work commitments, and later with her husband. A born entrepreneur, Tina has shown her business drive from a early age where at 17 she ran a chicken takeaway; from there she did three years in the Army. On leaving the military she married and travelled around the world for a couple of years. Upon returning to Australia, she started her own graphics business which she ran for many years. At this time she found her love of Essential Oils and showing people how to use them and benefit from them. While looking after her family Tina tried to always maintain her balance in life and has endeavoured to show other to do the same. Living in Mackay when her marriage broke down, she stayed for a little while and then decided to move to a smaller country town for the lifestyle she wanted for her children. Tina now lives in Ayr, Queensland, with her five children.
