What is the nature and meaning of the ‘aesthetic’? This question animates Jane Forsey’s provocative dive into the foundations of philosophical aesthetics. Jane Forsey is Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Winnipeg, Canada. She is the author of The Aesthetics of Design (2016), as well as numerous articles in philosophical aesthetics. Her work has been widely translated.
